Infant Care Specialist?
ICS Job Duties:
Providing infant care:
Making bottles, changing diapers, bathing, feeding, holding/consoling, occupational therapy exercises with babies
Household Chores and Tasks:
Cleaning & sanitizing, laundry, sweeping/vacuuming
This position requires the ability to be active, move on and off the floor easily, wear babies with wraps for extended lengths of time, lift/carry up to 30 pounds, and be on your feet a majority of the day.
The ICS work within a team alongside nurses, volunteer, parents, therapists, admin, pediatrician, etc. ICS support parents and family members of the infants, acting as a positive role model who is encouraging but can teach caregiving skills.
Pay: $21-23/hr

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide oversight and direct patient care to Maddie’s Place infants while following the Mission and Vision of the organization. The RN will provide care utilizing a team-based approach while supervising Infant Care Specialists and Volunteer Cuddlers. Join our team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our infants and their caregivers.
Pay: $40-45/hr
